Morning Session

8.45am – 12.15pm

Children may come onto the playground from 8.30am.

At 8.45am the school gate is closed and children should go to their classes.  Children who come into school after this time should register at the School Office and will be marked late.

Whole School Break

10.35am – 10.50am

In a bid to encourage healthy eating and reduce litter around the school children may eat a healthy snack, a piece of fruit or cheese.  No cereal bars (due to possible nut content), nuts or nut products please.

Lunch Break

12.15pm - 1.15pm

Children eat lunch in year groups in the Hall or outside when the weather is fine. 

We are an allergy aware school - we have a number of children in school with food allergies, some of which can cause a severe and potentially life-threatening reaction. To help us keep all children safe, please take particular care when preparing snacks and packed lunches and do not send food containing nuts, including peanuts, peanut butter, chocolate or hazelnut spreads containing nuts, or other nut products. We also ask families to be mindful that children within our school community may have other serious food allergies, and that children should not share or swap food.

Afternoon Session

1.15pm -  3.20pm

Class teachers bring children to the playground at 3.20pm - although some children leave by the side gate on to Church Path. This is a good time to raise any small issues or concerns with your child's teacher.

Unless they are involved in an official ‘after school’ activity, all children should have been collected by 3.30pm.  If you are going to be late please ensure you telephone the School Office to let them know.
