In-year applications 

In-year or immediate entry applications

 In-year applications are made through the Surrey County Council Admissions website at www.surreycc.gov.uk/admissions via an In-Year Transfer Centrally Managed Application ('CMA') form.

Applications are subject to the criteria as stated in our admissions policy (see Admissions Page). 

If applying under the Criteria of ‘Regular Worshipper’ or ‘Children of Staff’, a Supplementary Information Form must be submitted at the same time as the CMA application form.  You will find these forms within the Admissions Policy.

Timescales

On receipt of the In-Year Transfer application request from Surrey County Council Admissions, the school will advise if a place is available or not. We aim to respond/notify the outcome of application in writing within 10-15 school days of receipt of the notice of application.

If a school place is available at the time of application, the school will contact the parent/carer and make an offer/transition arrangements for the child.

Where the school is oversubscribed and cannot offer a place, the applicant can stay on our waiting list for the remainder of the academic year if required.

Should the applicant wish to apply for a place in the next academic year, a new application form must be submitted to Surrey County Council Admissions.
